Instructions

  1. Mix all the base ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. In a clean mixing bowl add all the filling ingredients and mix using an electric whisk until thick.

  4. Puree the blackberries in a blender until smooth.
  5. Top with the pureed berries.
  6. Serve or place in the fridge to set overnight.
